Space convoy
Our teams in Toulouse, in partnership with our Korean teams have handled the whole transportation of a satellite and its equipment (loading, unloading, customs). The totality of the convoy weighted 64 tons divided in 8 trucks and 23 packages. The main satellite was 4.24 high and 3.25 meters large. It was loaded in an Antonov in Toulouse-Blagnac. Then, the road transport between the Korean airport Incheon and the Korean Aerospace Research Institute in Daejon required special precautions. As this first transportation satisfied our customer, our teams could be hired for future handlings.
