Sogemar arises from the merger of the Caennaises entities of the Groups SOGENA and SDV.
They decided to unite their know-how and their skill acquired in all the harbour domains, after several decades of activity on the port of Caen.
Agrial, the first cooperative of Normandy joined SOGENA and SDV in the capital of SOGEMAR.
The agency gathers today 40 % of the workforce of the commercial port and deals with 90 % of the tonnage.
